Nemetz S/A are pleased to have been selected as the electrical engineering consultants  for the following upcoming  projects. These are  further examples of the diverse range of developments that we are constantly being involved in.

THE MELVILLE 

This 42 storey residential tower developed by Amacon will be the tallest 100% residential development in Vancouver. Designed by Hewitt and Kwasnicky Architects, the Melville will include a 12 storey boutique hotel and will be built in the Coal Harbour area.

YALETOWN PARK

Continuing the revitalization of the Yaletown area, Yaletown Park will consist of 3 residential towers (30, 32, and 34 stories) with townhouses. This 880 unit development designed by Buttjes Architecture will also include a public park and amenity space for the Vancouver Opera Society.

651 EXPO BLVD.

A unique mixed-use development consisting of 4 high-rise residential towers, townhouses and a Costco Store. Sandwiched between the viaducts on Georgia and Dunsmuir this project is situated in a prime area adjacent to GM Place and BC Place Stadium.

YMCA

A major redevelopment of the YMCA will see the current building, built in 1941, joined by a new 80,000 square foot facility. The existing church will also be retained but a new high-rise residential tower will be built. Concert Properties has been chosen as the developer and the architect is Stantec Architecture.

This mixed use complex will include street level retail units with 308 residential suites housed in twin 19 storey high-rises. This Anthem Properties development was designed by Lawrence Doyle Architects and is expected to be completed in November 2005.
